The Drawings in this series reflect my interest in the improvisation of drawings. Each of these works starts with a line drawn web of a geometric field that is erased, blurred, blotted out, etched, clarified, etc., with thick and thin layers of wet media. The drawings, serially unfolding, each piece reverberating through the other finds their inspiration of this idea of underlying wholeness. |
